What awaits you
Accompanying, advising, and empowering nursing professionals in complex patient situations, especially with patients with LVAD and Herztransplantation
Promotion of individual, evidence-based, and high-quality nursing in close coordination within the interprofessional treatment team
Ensuring nursing quality in the Shared-Governance team in cooperation with subject matter experts, department management, and clinical nursing instructor
Development, implementation, and further development of guidelines, standards as well as projects and working groups
Professional leadership, coaching, and training of subject matter experts as well as nursing staff
What you bring with you
Master of Science in Nursing (MScN) or before completing studies with high motivation for further development
Several years of clinical experience in an acute care hospital and enjoyment of demanding nursing issues
