What you bring: Education at university/university of applied sciences level in computer science, business informatics, electrical engineering, or comparable, as well as several years of experience in leading demanding technology projects. Experience in the public sector or a comparably regulated organization; experience in the police environment, civil protection, military, or another security-critical environment. Experience in requirements management, in the evaluation and procurement of ICT solutions, as well as with the HERMES project management methodology and public procurement procedures. Experience with network architectures, transmission and telecommunication technologies, as well as mission-critical systems, particularly security-critical communication, emergency call, or deployment systems, is an advantage. Very good communication and expression skills, negotiation skills, assertiveness, and a structured, independent way of working; Category B driver's license and an irreproachable reputation; French language skills are an advantage.
