Commis de salle (runner)

Mandatory criteria: First experience in catering, as a Runner or in a similar role, is an asset. Mastery of French or German as well as Italian (English an asset). Your missions: Prepare workstations and ensure the setup of the dining room. Guarantee the cleanliness of tables, workstations, and dishes. Check orders before they are handed to customers or for takeaway. Deliver dishes and drinks to the correct tables while ensuring effective communication with the floor team. Support the Chefs de Rang during service to ensure a smooth flow of operations. Ensure the order and organization of the dining room during and after service. Participate in the tidying up and resetting of the dining room at the end of service. Profile sought: Speed of execution, precision, and sense of organization. Team spirit and willingness to learn. Attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic environment. Reliability, flexibility, and sense of responsibility. Good interpersonal skills and customer orientation. Conditions: Indefinite term contract. Activity rate: 100 %. 5 working days and 2 days off per week. 5 weeks of vacation per year. Continuous training and possibilities for professional evolution.
