Communication Specialist Employer Branding

Your tasks

• Positioning and further development of the employer brand Concara internally and externally
• Development and implementation of target-group-oriented employer branding communication via relevant internal and external channels
• Conception, implementation, and evaluation of various measures along the Candidate Journey incl. campaigns
• Management and further development of the career platform of Concara
• Conception and implementation of measures for employee retention
• Designing and managing attractive and uniform job advertisements that position Concara optimally in the labor market
• Conception and implementation of appearances at events for employee recruitment
• Management of employer review platforms such as Kununu

Your profile

• Completed training or studies in the field of communication or marketing
• Creativity and initiative and enjoyment in contributing new ideas
• Conceptual and strategic thinking and acting
• Confident appearance and presentation skills
• A few years of experience (in employee recruitment/retention or communication/marketing) is an advantage
• Knowledge of the healthcare sector as well as the educational landscape is an advantage
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as clear expression
• Work experience in interdisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of relevant tools such as CMS, video editing, AI, graphic tools (Adobe CC/Canva)
