Your Tasks

• Overall responsibility for Supply Chain Management, from purchasing to internal sales to warehouse logistics
• Leadership and further development of a committed team as well as optimization of operational processes
• Responsibility for budgeting, reporting, key figures, and business evaluations
• Active co-design and digitalization of processes as well as further development of the ERP, CRM, and master data landscape
• Close cooperation with the management board as well as support in strategic projects and corporate decisions
• Coordination of cooperation with external partners, audit bodies, and international suppliers
• Ensuring regulatory and quality-relevant requirements

Your Profile

• Business administration education (HF, FH or university) or a comparable qualification
• Several years of leadership and professional experience in the areas of Operations, Administration, or Business Support
• Strong process understanding as well as experience with ERP and CRM systems
• Analytical, structured, and entrepreneurially minded personality with high implementation competence
• Strong communication leadership personality with a pragmatic hands-on mentality
• Very good German and English skills; French skills are an advantage
