What you move Surveying the specific requirements of users and ensuring their technical implementation, mainly in the field of construction Involvement of the operating sites affected by the project as well as timely planning and introduction of the necessary conversion measures Monitoring investment and construction costs as well as managing and controlling the documentation of buildings and infrastructures Checking specifications, plans and technical descriptions for building and infrastructure facilities according to applicable internal and external standards Checking tenders in the field of construction and infrastructure Controlling suppliers and manufacturers in the field of construction and infrastructure, monitoring execution and cost development as well as conducting acceptances Participation in the preparation of works contracts, participation in construction meetings and representing the interests of the client Construction site supervision to ensure compliance with the defined requirements Coordination of various specialists to achieve the project goals What you bring Education: Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF) Specialization: Master or Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering or technician HF construction management with 5-10 years of experience Professional experience: 3-5 years of experience in managing large and complex construction projects, desirable Person who is able to work systematically and structured, think in networks, set priorities and be resilient Good Office and SAP knowledge German (B2) French (B2) What we offer you Flexible place of work / Home Office: Up to 2 days home office possibility Maternity leave / Paternity leave: 18 weeks paid maternity leave / 8 weeks paternity leave (4 weeks paid and 4 weeks unpaid) Occupational pension scheme: Comprehensively insured in the Migros pension fund - with first-class and attractive benefits Social benefits: 730 days daily sickness benefit at full net salary Catering: Balanced lunch menu/buffet in the staff restaurant for max.
