YOUR NEW ROLE – WHAT IT INVOLVES: You will work closely with the project managers and the project planning team and ensure smooth processes in the project through open communication and structured coordination You will create precise tender documents and bills of quantities and ensure that all documents are professionally and completely prepared As a construction manager, you will manage urban as well as cantonal road construction and civil engineering projects in the greater LU / ZH / AG area You will coordinate contractors, authorities, and project participants in execution and hold the strings together – on the construction site and in the office You will ensure through the construction process that deadlines, quality, and costs are met and support the project management in the project completion You will support the project team in early project phases with the planning of construction phases and traffic management as well as cost estimates YOUR TEAM: The Transport and Infrastructure team in German-speaking Switzerland includes various disciplines (road infrastructure and transport, railway construction, underground construction, BSA, structures, urban drainage) and works closely with colleagues from BHU, building construction, sustainability, BIM, etc., both domestically and abroad. The core team for road and civil engineering comprises approx. 25 people, primarily distributed across the Luzern and Zürich offices.
