It includes EPI WohnWerk, the Lengg secondary school, the Dapples donation, a seminar center with a restaurant, and the EPI central services. Additionally, the Swiss Epilepsy Foundation, jointly with another foundation, is the organizer of Klinik Lengg AG, which includes an epileptology clinic and a neuro-rehabilitation clinic. Approximately 1000 employees are committed to these social missions. The site is located on the outskirts of Zurich, with a magnificent view of the nearby Lake Zurich and the Alps. Our committed catering team is looking forward to strengthening its ranks and is searching for a dynamic and service-oriented personality as of September 1st as Restaurant Manager # The varied day • Management of personnel and technique of the EPI Park restaurant with a team of 5 to 7 employees • Active participation in daily operations (approximately 70%) including weekend services as a host • Working hours: mainly day service (08:00 - 17:00) • Participation in approximately 30-40 events and evenings outside of regular working hours • Ensure welcoming service oriented towards customer satisfaction • Support in service planning • Responsibility for sales, planning, organization, and execution of banquets and events • Participation in the development and management of the budget as well as the purchase of goods • Promotion and development of your team • Ensure compliance with quality and service standards • Close collaboration with the gastronomy management and participation in the seminar center Your varied talents • Completed training as a specialist in catering CFC or equivalent qualification • Proven management experience in a dynamic establishment, ideally in chain catering • Strong service orientation and pleasure in contacting people • Committed, empathetic, motivated, and responsible leadership personality • Entrepreneurial spirit, responsible and precise way of working • Flexibility in service planning • IT affinity, good PC knowledge as well as experience with cash register or reservation systems (ideally TCPOS and Protel) • Confident communication in German (oral and written), knowledge of English is an asset • Confident, professional, and friendly attitude Our varied offer • Schedules 4-6 weeks in advance with regular free weekends • 5 weeks of vacation, 6 weeks from age 50 • Mandatory annual vacation planning • Own occupational pension with an employer share higher than the average of 60 % • Staff discount in our restaurant • Good accessibility by public transport • Staff accommodation, parking spaces and benefits at the pharmacy as well as for half-fare or general abonnement Information on the job profile Rudi Grasern Hospitality Manager \+41 44 387 66 70 Information on the application process Dardan Iseni Recruiter \+41 44 387 62 67
