Proven experience in an operational role, ideally in watchmaking or precision industry.

Natural leadership, field sense and ability to unite people.
Excellent organizational skills, rigor and autonomy.
Ease in project management and cross-functional coordination. Supervise and coordinate daily operations (production, internal flows, organization).
Drive internal projects: development, industrialization, process optimization.
Manage, support and motivate a small operational team.
Identify areas for improvement and implement concrete solutions.
Guarantee the performance, quality and reliability of operations in a demanding watchmaking environment.
