It offers jobs and training in various professional fields as well as housing placements, and provides support in the ordinary labor market. The foundation employs more than 1000 people across several sites in the canton of Schwyz. What you can accomplish • You assume the operational, professional, and personnel management of our specialized housing offers for people with intensive support needs and/or challenging behavior (IB/HeVe) at the sites of Ingenbohl, Schübelbach and soon Nuolen. • You will first take management of the specialized offers at the Ingenbohl (IB) and Schübelbach (HeVe) sites and actively participate in the implementation and commissioning of the new HeVe offer in Nuolen. You contribute to shaping the structures, processes, and teams and ensure stable, professional, and safe operational management. • You encourage interdisciplinary collaboration and are responsible for the implementation of agogic concepts as well as compliance with economic requirements. Furthermore, you lead and supervise, in collaboration with the respective team leaders, the processes related to support, participate in projects, and actively advance the development of the housing offers. What you bring • You have completed tertiary education (HF/FH or university) in social pedagogy, curative pedagogy, special education, psychology, or nursing with a specialization in psychiatry. • You have several years of experience in complex agogic work areas or in social psychiatry as well as in the care of people with intensive support needs and/or challenging behavior. • Additionally, you have several years of management experience as well as completed management training in a comparable position. • You are an empathetic, committed, and solution-oriented personality, you work in an authentic and organized manner, and you view challenges as opportunities. • You live a strong "hands-on mentality" and act as a role model for your team. • Your economic understanding, your ability to persuade, your extensive networking skills, and your communication strength complete your profile.
