Architect/Building Drafter 100% Permanent (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Elaborate preliminary design, design, and execution plans
• Develop technical details and ensure the updating of files
• Prepare permit application files and administrative documents
• Collaborate closely with site managers, engineers, and mandatories
• Participate in the technical coordination of projects and the monitoring of their evolution
• Ensure compliance with construction standards and current regulations
• Contribute to the development of technical and architectural solutions adapted to client needs

Profile

• HES/EPF architect diploma or CFC in building drafting
• Proven experience in an architectural office in Switzerland
• Excellent mastery of ArchiCAD (or Revit) software and the MS Office suite
• German native speaker with good knowledge of French (B1-B2 level)
• Autonomous, rigorous person with excellent organizational skills
• Team spirit, precision, and interest in varied architectural projects
