Your main tasks
Programming & Setup: Independent programming, setup and operation of modern wire and sinker EDM machines (Agie Charmilles, newly United Grinding)
Manufacturing: Production of highly precise individual parts and small series according to drawing.
Quality Control: Independent checking of the manufactured workpieces using common measuring tools (incl. documentation).
Maintenance: Care and maintenance of the assigned EDM machines.
Your Profile
Education: Completed vocational training as a polymechanic, toolmaker or a comparable technical basic education.
Experience: Sound professional experience in electrical discharge machining (wire and/or sinker EDM).
Software Skills: Experience in CAM programming (Peps) is a big plus.
Way of working: Exact, quality-conscious and independent way of working with strong technical understanding.
