On our ward, we care for 32 neurological patients in two-bed rooms. Organization takes place in two areas, each managed by interprofessional teams with different qualifications. Due to their illnesses, our patients often require comprehensive support in everyday life. We guarantee professionally competent, empathetic, and respectful care according to recognized concepts such as Bobath, Kinesthetics, and F.O.T.T. A versatile range of tasks from basic and treatment care requires professional competence and a sense of responsibility. An open and constructive error culture is as much a matter of course for us as close interdisciplinary cooperation, which ensures holistic care.       Your tasks • Patient-oriented care: You accompany our patients with your professional competence and support them in their recovery • Interdisciplinary cooperation: You work closely in our interprofessional team with other nursing staff, therapists, and doctors. Through the diversity of clinical pictures, you gain valuable experience and can steadily expand your knowledge     Your profile • Training: Completed vocational training as a Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit (FaGe) or equivalent training with at least one Pos. SRK-PreCheck • Personality: You are a strong-communicating personality with high customer orientation, social competence, and team orientation.
