Our client operates a modern residential and nursing facility in Emmental with 31 places for elderly people with care and support needs. The house is characterized by a family-like environment, personal care, and a dedicated team that values respectful interaction and individual promotion. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a motivated personality as a Fachperson Gesundheit.

Your tasks

• Accompanying medical consultations and supporting trainees
• Responsibility for organization and coordination in the daily nursing routine
• Contact person for residents and family members regarding care questions
• Holistic care and support for elderly people in need of care
• Co-design and implementation of nursing processes and measures

Your profile

• Completed training as Fachperson Gesundheit required
• Independent and conscientious way of working is expected
• Enthusiasm for working with elderly people in need of care
• Proficient oral and written German skills required
• Readiness to take on daily and process responsibility
• Ability to communicate with residents and relatives
• Competence in instructing auxiliary staff and trainees
