Your mission * Receive planning documents for permit applications from architectural offices and transmit them to the project managers for quote requests * Prepare technical files for the works coordinators * Establish connection requests (water, electricity, etc.) * Organize and convene the various stakeholders to site meetings * Ensure the administrative management of technical files and related correspondence Your profile * Holder of a CFC in commercial employment or equivalent training * Experience in a technical, construction, notary, or banking environment (an asset) * Strong interest in the construction field * Good knowledge of administrative management and financial aspects * Organized, autonomous and reactive person, able to manage priorities * Team spirit, sense of responsibility and solution orientation * Open-minded, flexible and comfortable in a versatile role Workplace: 1610 Oron-la-Ville Start date: to be agreed What we offer: We offer you a varied position, with concrete responsibilities and direct contact with our partners and clients.
