Head of Assembly

Our client, a leading industrial company, is looking for an experienced Head of Assembly Line to strengthen its production department.

Your tasks

• Leadership of the production line with full responsibility for results regarding output
• Coordination of interdisciplinary teams from shell construction to commissioning
• Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
• Implementation of Lean Management methods and continuous improvement processes

Your profile

• Leadership experience: Several years of experience in industrial production
• Technical training: Completed basic training with further technical training required
• Lean knowledge: Experience with process management, quality assurance and CIP
• Personal competencies: Assertiveness, communication strength and organizational talent necessary
