Jurist/in Grundbuch, 60-100 %

initially limited to 3 years

As part of the land register cleanup, you will undertake demanding tasks in the transfer of the cantonal land register to the federal land register, thereby making an important contribution to legal certainty in the district of Höfe. At the same time, the position offers you the opportunity to deal in depth with issues of land register, property, and authentication law.

Your tasks:
Examination of existing land register entries as part of the transfer of the cantonal land register to the federal land register
Preparation and processing of land register applications, decrees, and other legal documents
Negotiations and correspondence with property owners, banks, authorities, and other stakeholders
Recording and processing of entries in the land register software Terris

What you bring:
Completed legal studies (Master or Lizentiat); a patent as an attorney, notary, or land register administrator is an advantage
Interest in land register and property law issues
Independent, efficient, and precise way of working
Skilled handling of various stakeholder groups
