Your tasks at your new employer You drive and integrate all processes related to occupational safety, health protection, the environment, and sustainability across all sites, integrating fire protection and security components You supervise and lead a team of specialists, either directly or functionally, by promoting skill development and cohesion around common objectives You evolve management concepts and systems in coherence with current standards You advise, train, and support management and managers in the concrete implementation of safety, health, and environment objectives You organize and drive the management of emergency situations such as environmental incidents, personal accidents, and security issues You drive cross-functional projects related to your field of expertise, from design to operational deployment You offer your new employer You have higher technical training at an engineer level or equivalent, ideally reinforced by a specialization in occupational safety You have proven experience in team management within an industrial company You have advanced knowledge in security, fire protection, ISO 14001 standards, and MSST directives, as well as proficiency with chemical tools You are a rigorous and autonomous personality, endowed with natural leadership, excellent communication skills, and a great sense of responsibility Have we piqued your interest?
