Job Description As a Shift Coordinator, you are the central point of contact for your team and our guests. You organize and lead your shift, ensuring smooth operations and making sure that everyone feels comfortable and safe. You motivate your crew, pitch in everywhere, and bring positive energy to every shift. You lead by example, pay attention to food safety, quality, service, cleanliness, and hygiene, and are always ready to coach and support your team.
