IN BRIEF #

Our Merchant team is responsible for ensuring that everything works perfectly for our more than 900 corporate clients and that hygiene standards are respected for all FELFEL refrigerators & Gavetti coffee machines.

You will be coordinated by our dispatching team, which composes routes every day that the Merchants perform individually. You will visit approximately 5 to 8 corporate clients per day, verify on-site that everything is in order with the FELFEL or the Gavetti, and refill supplies if necessary. As we are organized by regions throughout Switzerland, the starting point is flexible and we are happy to adapt the route planning as best as possible to your place of residence. Depending on the case, the tour region can also change at short notice. Most importantly: after your visit, the FELFEL refrigerators & Gavetti coffee machines must be inviting and clean!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES #

• Corporate client visits: As a FELFEL Client Merchant, you autonomously visit our sites at companies throughout Switzerland with the FELFEL E-Vans. You are the FELFEL face on-site for our FELFEL customers.
• Maintenance work on the FELFEL refrigerator: On-site at clients, you perform a "service", which means you check the inventory, clean the FELFEL carefully and ensure compliance with hygiene rules, you refill cutlery, etc.
• Planogram modifications: You perform planogram modifications by integrating new functionalities into the refrigerator or adapting existing elements, so that the devices are always presented in a current and attractive manner.
• Gavetti coffee machine service: You carefully clean the coffee machine as well as the associated components such as the base, the milk refrigerator, etc., you refill the cream and sugar and ensure that the decoration around the machine is clean and well-arranged. Make it nice.
• Recycling: You ensure that the recycling station is correctly positioned on-site and that everything works well, and you empty the recycling bags (or take them directly in the truck). Sometimes, you transport a large load to our recycling partner and unload the collected bags on-site.

A typical day begins around 8 o'clock and you go directly to the companies that the dispatcher has planned for you, so you are on the move until approximately 17/18 o'clock: you work autonomously and remain in contact with our dispatcher by telephone or messaging system if necessary.

WHAT AWAITS YOU #

WHAT YOU BRING #

• Experience in service or in a similar sector with a lot of customer contact is a plus
• A warm attitude: you "sell" customer happiness - this always starts with a warm smile at FELFEL
• Availability of at least two full days per week
• Large vehicles / small trucks driven with a B permit do not scare you; you are an ace at reversing parking - and if that is not yet the case, free training will be provided ;-)
• Non-smoker: FELFEL is a non-smoking company. Smoking during work or "smelling of smoke" is not desired.
• Very good knowledge of German and English, French is a plus.
• Total reliability and autonomy, attention to detail, precise work
• Personal initiative and common sense
