• As a reception employee, you are the business card of our physiotherapy department. Both at the counter and on the phone, you distinguish yourself through friendly and professional care
• In addition to processing organizational concerns of our patients and employees, the planning of therapy appointments is one of your main tasks
• Your tasks also include correspondence with various stakeholders, general secretarial work such as material orders, creation of plans, etc.
• Minute-taking at team meetings and participation in organizational projects contribute to a varied everyday working life

Your experience ###

• You bring a completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification in the healthcare sector
• You have experience in an administrative function, preferably in a medical environment. Very good German language skills in speaking and writing as well as good MS Office user skills round off your profile
• You are an organizational talent and can set priorities. High coordination skills and enjoyment of versatile tasks are among your strengths
• As a team player, you shine through your communicative skills. Your service-oriented, flexible and reliable way of working as well as your cheerful and courteous manner distinguish you. Even in hectic situations, you score points with your positive mindset and sympathetic appearance
