Tasks

• Competent customer advice and support by telephone and via email
• Creation and follow-up of offers and orders
• Close cooperation with the technical field service and other departments
• Support in order processing as well as with technical inquiries
• Participation in exciting projects in the technical environment

Profile

• Completed technical or commercial vocational training
• Experience in inside sales, technical customer service, or administration
• Proficient use of MS Office and ERP systems is an advantage
• Independent, structured, and service-oriented way of working
• Strong organizational skills and technical understanding
• Communicative, solution-oriented, loyal, and a team player
• Well-groomed appearance as well as a confident and friendly demeanor
