Job Description Production with heart: You accompany the entire manufacturing and packaging process of our world-famous chocolate products at state-of-the-art facilities. Machine Support: You actively help with setting up, operating, and retooling the production lines - technical thinking is required here. Quality Check: You have an eye for detail! You monitor the processes and consistently sort out defective products. Cleanliness & Hygiene: You bear responsibility for the strict adherence to stringent food and hygiene regulations. Desired Profile Readiness: You are a doer and mandatory ready for the weekly changing 3-shift operation (Early: 05:00 - 13:30 / Late: 13:30 - 22:00 / Night: 22:00 - 05:00). Mobility: Having your own car is an absolute must for this job so that you can arrive flexibly and punctually during the fringe hours (especially at night and early morning). Experience: Ideally, you bring initial experience from production or plant operation (preferably food, pharma, or industry). Language Skills: You speak and understand German well (at least strong A2, ideally B1/B2) to implement recipes and safety instructions without error. Personality: You are physically fit, enjoy working in a team, and have high quality and hygiene standards.
