After-sales Service Technician in Household Appliances ###

Tasks ###

• Perform after-sales service troubleshooting, guarantee the smooth running of work, and establish complete ad-hoc intervention reports for follow-up (environment, technical specificities, etc.).
• Inspect appliances in depth, establish precise and adapted diagnostics
• Collaborate closely with dispatch for the efficient and rapid handling of troubleshooting, respecting the deadlines and time slots defined by dispatch
• Write intervention reports and ensure the follow-up of repairs.
• Adopt a customer-oriented and results-oriented commercial attitude

Qualifications ###

• CFC installer-electrician, mechanic-electrician, electronic technician or training deemed equivalent
• Proven experience in household appliance troubleshooting
• Ideally benefiting from an OIBT 15 connection authorization
• Autonomous, flexible and well-organized
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems
• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
• Valid driver's license in Switzerland.
