Ensure the preparation, polibloquing and polishing operations of watch components while guaranteeing respect for the aesthetic, dimensional and qualitative criteria defined by the company. Responsibilities: Carry out polibloquing operations on different watch components. Perform manual or semi-automatic polishing according to current procedures. Prepare pieces before polishing (deburring, sharpening, cleaning). Visually control the aesthetic quality of the pieces throughout the process. Detect defects (scratches, shocks, lack of material, deformations) and report them. Respect operating ranges and quality standards of the manufacture. Ensure routine maintenance of production tools and equipment. Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and organization of the workstation. Guarantee respect for safety rules and production instructions. Sought profile: Confirmed experience in polishing watch components or in a similar finishing field. Good manual dexterity and excellent visual acuity. Mastery of different polishing and surface preparation techniques. Ability to work with precision on small-sized pieces. Attention to detail, rigor and autonomy. Team spirit and respect for quality and productivity objectives.
