Employee (m/f/d) Production

Tasks:

• Production employee / relief worker ESG area for the setup of the second shift

o Here we require two employees on a Try and Hire principle
o Good German language skills
o Good knowledge of machine/plant operation
o Great experience in industrial processes
o Robust and uncomplicated
o Very high work ethic and flexible
o Availability from immediately or by arrangement
o Two-shift operation from mid-August 2026

Profile:
Basic manual vocational training
Technical understanding
Ideally experience and skill in handling technical textiles
Independent, efficient and exact way of working
Good powers of imagination
Helpfulness and flexibility
Commitment and ability to work in a team
