Your tasks:
Participation in the further development and sustainable orientation of the company
Close cooperation with the management as well as the responsible managers
Representation of the company towards customers, business partners, authorities and at industry events
Participation in budget planning, investment assessment and financial company management in cooperation with the finance department
Cooperation with HR on personnel-relevant and organizational topics
Monitoring and ensuring quality standards throughout the entire company
Definition and monitoring of department and company goals in cooperation with the project managers

What you bring with you:
Completed technical or commercial basic training with sound business administration education or further training
Several years of professional and leadership experience, ideally in channel service, civil engineering or a comparable industry
Strong entrepreneurial thinking and a good understanding of business administration connections
Knowledge in budgeting, cost control and economic company management
Leadership competence, decision-making and assertiveness as well as a high sense of responsibility
Confident and professional appearance towards customers, business partners and employees
Proficient user knowledge in SORBA and MS Office
Driving license category B
Very good German skills in speaking and writing
