To strengthen our teams, we are looking for a qualified and experienced person as: Procurement Specialist / International Flows M/F Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will ensure the management of supplies and the coordination of international flows, from the supplier order to the receipt of goods, in connection with our partners and internal teams. Your mission * Manage the procurement process for electromechanical components and sub-assemblies * Request quotations from international suppliers and subcontractors * Analyze needs, establish and monitor purchase orders in our ERP * Ensure the follow-up of supplier confirmations, lead times, and deliveries until the receipt of goods * Coordinate international transport, including air, sea, and road * Ensure the follow-up of import/export operations and documents related to shipments * Perform stock entries in the ERP and in our quality control tool, in accordance with current procedures * Manage any supplier non-conformities, as well as returns and replacements of goods * In support of the sales department, receive and record customer orders, verify their feasibility based on the requested lead times, and confirm orders Your profile * Commercial, purchasing, or equivalent training * Proven experience in procurement and management of supplier orders, ideally in an industrial environment * Good mastery of international transport and import/export operations * Experience in using an ERP; knowledge of SAP Business One is an asset * Very good mastery of standard IT tools, notably MS Office * Excellent mastery of French and very good level of English, both spoken and written * Good communication skills and ease in exchanges with internal and external interlocutors * Sense of organization, rigor, and autonomy * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in an operational environment This position will particularly suit you if...
