Sales Assistant Internal Sales 80-100%

On behalf of our client, a successful and established company in the wood and parquet industry based in the Zurich East area (central location, parking spaces in front of the building), we are looking for an experienced Sales Assistant Internal Sales 80-100% # immediately or by arrangement. In this versatile role, you are responsible for the complete order processing. This includes tasks in order processing, processing order confirmations, creating offers, delivery notes, and invoices. Furthermore, you are active in purchasing and monitor delivery dates, create delivery reminders, and are responsible for updating master data. You ensure the goods receipt, check the delivery documents, and pick customer orders. Our client offers you a varied position with a lot of autonomy and exciting development opportunities. To be successful in this responsible position, you have a commercial vocational training, or have completed a technical basic training with additional commercial training (e.g., Technical Merchant). You have already been able to gain several years of experience in a similar role in internal sales and customer consulting, preferably in an industrial commercial environment. You communicate with style in German (spoken and written) as well as well in French. Good English skills are also an advantage. You are proficient in using MS Office and can also draw on professional practice related to ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Abacus, NAV etc.).
