Case Manager Do you want to professionally accompany people in challenging life situations and make an important contribution to the health and ability to work of employees? As part of our in-house medical and prevention practice on site, you will actively help shape the internal case management. Accompany employees holistically and from a single source back into everyday work life – a meaningful contribution to sustainable health and ability to work. This is where you will shine You will independently accompany ill or injured employees from analysis to successful case closure You will develop individual measures to promote recovery and support sustainable reintegration You will advise managers and HR specialists on complex issues regarding ability to work and reintegration You will work closely with internal specialist departments as well as external partners from medicine and social insurance You will further develop processes, standards and key figures in case management and ensure professional documentation These are the required skills Completed training in the commercial sector, health or social services or in psychology supplemented by further training in case management Several years of experience in case management or a comparable function as well as sound knowledge of the social insurance system Strong advisory competence and a high understanding of labor law and medical issues Strong communication, trustworthy personality with enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation Fluent German and good English skills as well as confident handling of common MS Office applications Do you have any questions?
