Junior E-Commerce Manager, 60-80% - limited term (Sept 2026 - März 2027) Junior E-Commerce Manager, 60-80% - limited term (Sept 2026 - März 2027) Green Passion GmbH is a young, Europe-wide leading and strongly growing company in the field of cannabis-based products with a THC content of less than 1%. Our current Head of E-Commerce will be temporarily absent from 1. October 2026 to 31. March 2027. Therefore, we are looking for a motivated, independent and organizationally strong personality from 1. September 2026 for this period, with a workload of 60% to 80%, to temporarily manage and further develop our E-Commerce department. This position is aimed at advanced students (e.g. BWL, Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Business) with initial practical experience and the desire to take responsibility for an entire E-Commerce department. Your main tasks include: Main responsibility for the daily operation of our Shopify online shop (Front-End, Backend, POS, Apps) including problem solving Direct reporting to the Head Operations Close collaboration with Head of Marketing & Head of Creative Daily coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners Maintenance of the E-Commerce pending list & tracking of open tasks Management & administration of marketplace connections Control & expansion of affiliate networks, display & social media ads Regular success monitoring of campaigns & flows (including reporting) Coordination with partner agency for SEO, GEO, newsletter & conversion Planning, setting up & executing campaigns & actions Creation of new products and collections, including product launch coordination The following experiences are an advantage: Initial experience in E-Commerce (e.g. internship, working student or own projects) Studies in the field of Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Business Interest in digital tools (e.g. Shopify & Klaviyo), loyalty programs & affiliate marketing Enjoyment of collaboration with external agencies & service providers Organizational talent, independence & high self-responsibility Quick comprehension & hands-on mentality Structured, solution-oriented & communicative way of working Fluent German and very good English skills What we offer: Detailed training by the current Head of E-Commerce Weekly home office after agreement Fair & contemporary remuneration (CHF 4'000 - CHF 4'800 at 80% workload) Discounts to reduce personal living costs Special conditions with the ride service Bolt Flat hierarchy, a lot of self-responsibility & family-like structures Young team with a lot of passion & high commitment The opportunity to personally develop & unfold Please send your applications with CV & motivation letter to our Head Operations Hoffmann.
