Your missions * Acquire solid knowledge about tea and continuously develop your expertise * Welcome our clientele as privileged guests and create a warm atmosphere * Advise in a personalized, competent, and enthusiastic manner * Actively share your passion for tea and its diversity with the clientele * Contribute to the achievement of sales objectives * Develop customer relationships and promote long-term loyalty * Ensure a neat presentation of the boutique (product highlighting, order, cleanliness) * Handle daily operational tasks: cash register, stock management, receiving deliveries, opening and closing the boutique Your profile * A first experience in sales, ideally in the premium sector or fine grocery * A keen sense of customer service and a pleasure in human contact * An interest in gastronomy, tasting products, and particularly tea * An approachable, open, and dynamic personality * Team spirit, as well as an autonomous and structured way of working Your journey towards the profession of Tea Sommelier The role of Tea Sommelier has been shaped by Palais des Thés and embodies expert and passionate advice. During your first year, you will follow a complete training course at the << École du Thé >>, our internal school, as well as practical training in the boutique. This training leads to the Tea Sommelier certificate. Once this is obtained, new development perspectives will be available to you. Who are we?
