To strengthen our team in Niederbipp, we are looking for you as Plant Operator in 4-Shift System 100% (m/w/d) Tasks Plant professional: You control the heart of our paper production, monitor the paper recycling plant and the fluidized bed furnace, and ensure a smooth process. You also ensure that all aggregates function and that the paper input is carried out correctly according to the recipe and white specification. Organizational talent: You manage daily tasks, carry out water analyses, maintenance work, and cleaning tasks, and ensure that auxiliary materials are replenished. Technical all-rounder: You support repairs, roll changes, and process problems. Your ideas for optimizing production processes are in demand. Profile Education and experience: You have completed a mechanical or technical training, e.g., as a plant operator, mechanic, locksmith, or plumber, or have several years of experience with industrial plants. Ideally, you have experience as a heating plant operator. Willingness to continue education: You have sound knowledge as a heating plant operator or are interested in completing further training with our support. Shift readiness: You feel comfortable in the 4-shift operation. We work in a rolling 7-day shift model, where you work seven days in a row in the same shift - also on weekends and holidays. Between shift changes, you have 56 to 80 hours of free time available, depending on the rhythm. Personal qualities: You are skilled in handicraft and technology, are a team player, work independently and thoughtfully, and can communicate well in German. Systems: You have experience with process control systems and are familiar with (process-related) plants and MS Office.
