What is my function? Our customer is looking for a setter for the rotating shift in the Automotive & Industrial division. As a setter, you are responsible for the setup, changeover, and optimization of production systems. You monitor the production process, troubleshoot malfunctions, and ensure the quality of the produced parts. In addition, you work closely with the production team to ensure a smooth process. What do I need to be successful? Completed vocational training in a technical field (e.g., industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, or comparable) Experience in the setup and operation of production machines, ideally in the field of spring technology Technical understanding and manual dexterity Quality awareness and sense of responsibility Willingness to work in a shift system Ability to work in a team and an independent way of working Basic knowledge of MS Office What are my benefits?
