To strengthen our team in the Facility Management department, we are looking for a Facility Management Employee – Building Technology Service Technician HVAC (Inhouse) Main tasks Monitoring, maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting and rectification of malfunctions of the technical systems and installations as well as execution of maintenance and repairs Commissioning, coordination and monitoring of the work of external service providers and craftsmen Support and implementation of smaller projects and conversions Documentation of maintenance activities Maintenance of documents (operating instructions, diagrams etc.) Ensuring smooth technical operation Currently also supporting the installation and commissioning of our new building and the existing buildings Profile Completed basic building technology training EFZ Experience in building technology and building management systems (preferably Siemens Desigo) Very good German skills Ability to work in a team in cross-functional cooperation with the production departments Confident use of IT applications Flexible and committed personality We offer Varied and interesting tasks in a collegial team Diverse development opportunities High degree of independence and personal responsibility Flexible working hours Please send your complete application documents including details regarding your salary expectations to Lukic.
