What awaits you

• Oral and written advice to our Private and Corporate clients, notably in the following areas, including taking over a portfolio of ongoing files: Labor law (private and public law contracts, litigation with joint commissions-); Unemployment insurance; and Loss of earnings insurance
• Legal advice with a modern touch: you analyze various situations and resolve issues in a simple, pragmatic manner and in the interest of the client, by examining the facts in the relevant fields
• Conducting negotiations, by telephone and in writing, with policyholders, opposing parties, technical experts, and authorities
• Use of AI: in your daily work, high-performance AI tools are at your disposal, allowing you to work efficiently and focus on the essentials.

What you bring

• University education in Swiss law (Master of Law), experience in the relevant fields, the bar admission is an asset
• Flexibility and ability to adapt
• Good management of a large volume of work and autonomy in the way of working
• Stress resistance
• Rapid and pragmatic analysis of problems and search for precise and adapted solutions
• Enjoyment of contact with clients and teamwork, as well as the ability to work independently, precisely, and in a targeted manner, even during periods of high demand
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills and very good written expression
• Good knowledge of English and/or German is an asset
