WSG AG develops and realizes real estate projects in the catchment area of Basel, Zürich and Central Switzerland. Our focus is on the construction of residential developments, hotels, commercial buildings and senior living. Around 90 employees are committed daily to the successful implementation of our demanding projects.
For the implementation of our construction projects in Zürich, we are looking for an enthusiastic personality who wants to strengthen our great team.
Your responsibility:
Responsibility for the management and monitoring of construction projects in the execution phase
Coordination and leadership of interdisciplinary project teams
Monitoring of deadlines, costs and quality during project execution
Communication and coordination with clients, authorities and other project participants
Preparation and checking of tenders as well as awarding of contracts
Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards
What you bring:
Basic training in the main construction trade, additional training as a dipl. Bauleiter, Techniker Hochbau or Architekt FH/HTL
Several years of experience in the management of construction projects in Switzerland
Strong leadership and communication skills
Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
Good IT skills (e.g. MS Office, construction administration software)
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
