Care Assistant

The employer is looking for a: Care and CRS Assistant (reported profession) Tasks: • collaboration in home care assistance • ensuring user safety • interacting with the team • contributing to the service care project • assisting the user in daily living activities • collaborating in keeping the living environment tidy Requirements: • diploma as care assistant and CRS • ability to work independently and in a team • availability for shift work, including Sundays, holidays and night work • good communication skills in Italian and basic knowledge of English and German • preferably aged between 18 and 45 years • holder of category B driving license • owning a car Employment details: • workplace in Bellinzona • hourly employment • degree of employment from 10% to 100% • start of employment to be agreed • type of contract permanent • shift work hours according to planning • hourly wage based on the CCL of the sector
