Head of Hospitality

The client operates a modern elderly and nursing care facility in a rural setting. For the overall responsibility of hospitality, including the areas of kitchen, catering, and housekeeping, the facility is looking for an experienced leader as Head of Hospitality. The position includes operational and strategic leadership as a member of the management team with a lot of creative freedom in a familial working environment.

Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for all areas of hospitality
• Leadership and support of the department heads daily
• Ensuring a professional and guest-oriented service
• Participation in events and strategic company development

Your profile

• Sound training in gastronomy or hospitality required
• Several years of leadership experience and enjoyment in employee development
• High social competence and a good sense for people
• Very good German language skills and a structured, independent way of working
