PROGIN – Chocolaterie & Pâtisserie since 1961

For our boutique in Biel, we are looking for an upbeat, warm, and sales-strong personality who not only enjoys high-quality products but also brings experience from gastronomy.

At PROGIN, we combine traditional chocolaterie and pâtisserie with a modern café-matcha and to-go offering.

YOUR TASKS

• Sales and competent advice for our customers
• Sale of pralines, truffles, chocolate, pâtisserie, and cakes
• Preparation and sale of coffee and coffee specialties
• Preparation of matcha, iced coffee, and other modern drinks
• Service of our to-go offering
• Presentation and refilling of products
• Packaging of gifts and praline boxes
• Cashiering and working with the cash register system
• Receiving orders
• Ensuring a well-maintained and high-quality appearance of the boutique
• Active sales and upselling

WHAT YOU BRING

You already have experience in sales, in gastronomy, or ideally in both areas.

You are used to interacting with guests, work calmly and efficiently even during high frequency, and enjoy advising people and offering them a special shopping experience.

You should have a good command of German or French. Knowledge of the respective other language is an advantage.

In addition to our chocolaterie and pâtisserie, we are further expanding the areas of coffee, matcha, iced drinks, and to-go.

We are therefore not looking for a classic saleswoman, but a personality who can be a host and salesperson at the same time.
