Your environment

You will work on the openly managed acute psychiatric ward Maloja with 29 beds, specializing in affective disorders. You can expect a motivated, interprofessional team that actively supports professional exchange, cooperation, and further training.

Your tasks

• You will undertake the comprehensive nursing care and treatment of mentally ill patients in acute and crisis situations
• You will shape the care and treatment in everyday clinical life, according to developments and trends in psychiatry
• You maintain constructive cooperation with the employees of the day and night shifts and communicate openly, individually, and person-centered

Our requirement profile

• You are Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF / Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF and ideally have experience in psychiatric nursing
• You are creative, reliable, and act in a goal- and solution-oriented manner
• You value interprofessional cooperation and possess strong social and self-competencies
• You possess knowledge in quality management
