What you can contribute

• Advise customers, account managers, and project managers on the choice of appropriate market services and operating models
• Lead projects concerning the lifecycle of customers' specialized applications
• Support product managers in the specialized and commercial optimization of the market services for which they are responsible
• Coordinate and lead entry points as the primary point of contact for all customer questions and requests related to application management
• Coordinate and develop office-level processes related to specialized domains, IT operations, and security, with a view to integrating new specialized applications and decommissioning, as well as for incident analysis, monitoring, and testing
• Lead and optimize application management processes

What makes you unique

• Higher education (HES) in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent training
• Several years of experience in application management, IT service management, or IT portfolio management
• Solid knowledge of IT application operations, IT service management, as well as various operating and service models
• Analytical and conceptualization skills and ease of presenting complex links by adapting to the audience
• Professional attitude towards customers and internal stakeholders, autonomous, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Active knowledge of two official languages and good knowledge of English
