Communication Specialist (60-80%)

The building services and cleaning industry is indispensable. Allpura is its strong voice in German-speaking Switzerland. As an employers' association, we represent the interests of our members towards politics, economy and society, actively help shape basic vocational training as well as training and further education, and advocate for attractive perspectives and good framework conditions in our industry.

At the same time, we are strongly anchored regionally and close to our members. Our regions bring companies together, promote exchange and make Allpura tangible locally. We want to support and make this regional work even more visible through communication.

To this end, we are developing our communication further – from website and social media to media and association communication, to member information, interest representation and communication for our regions.

For this, we are looking for you.

Your responsibility

You are our communication all-rounder and ensure that Allpura and the topics of our industry are professionally and effectively visible across all relevant channels. In doing so, you work closely with the Managing Director, the team and our regions.

Specifically, this means:

• Planning, creation and ongoing further development of our social media presence – from topic planning and content creation to publication
• Support and further development of our website and digital communication channels
• Editing of newsletters, media releases, specialist articles and other communication tools
• Public Relations and media work
• Communication regarding education, members, regions, events, partners and industry projects
• Communicative support of our regions and regional committees as well as making their activities visible
• Participation in interest representation and political communication in close cooperation with the Managing Director
• Further development of member communication and the digital member area
• Conception and implementation of communication projects and campaigns
• Ensuring a uniform and professional appearance of Allpura across all channels

Your profile

• Completed training as a Communication Specialist or equivalent training
• Further training in the field of social media, digital communication, online marketing or comparable digital specialization is an advantage
• Sound professional experience in a versatile communication function
• Very good social media competence and experience in the professional support and further development of social media channels
• Strong sense for storytelling, relevant topics and target-group-oriented content
• High digital affinity and confident handling of website/CMS and digital communication tools
• Very good editorial skills and proficient German
• Ability to prepare complex topics in an understandable, concise and attractive manner
• You are a team player, enjoy working with different people and stakeholders and contribute actively
• Strong hands-on mentality: You develop ideas and implement them independently
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Interest in economy, education, association work and interest representation
• French is an advantage
