Job description

For one of our clients active in the agroalimentaire sector in Saint-Imier, we are looking for a motivated packaging assistant, capable of participating in production activities while progressively assuming responsibilities in the organization and coordination of a small team.

Your tasks

• Participate in packaging work on the production line.
• Organize and coordinate the work of a team of 3 to 5 collaborators.
• Ensure the supply of the line to guarantee the availability of necessary products.
• Monitor packaging material stocks and report replenishment needs.
• Perform data entry and monitoring of operations in the ERP system.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety standards, and HACCP procedures.
• Contribute to the smooth running of production and compliance with quality objectives.

Your profile

• Experience in production, packaging, or the agroalimentaire sector, an asset.
• Motivated, reliable, autonomous, and organized person.
• Ability to take initiative and coordinate a small team.
• Good command of French, spoken and written.
• Knowledge of German, an advantage.
• Ease with IT tools and interest in using an ERP system.
• Availability for a 100 % position.
