Social Educator: FH/HF or Specialist in Care

The Kanzler Foundation offers people with a mental disability various care services in the areas of living and daily structure. A professional team accompanies the residents in coping with life-practical tasks and questions. The primary goal of social and professional integration into social life is pursued through individually adapted support. We are looking for a person as of 01.08.2026 (or by agreement) in: Mental Health Care Specialist / Social Educator: FH/HF or Specialist in Care EFZ (in a job share of 70-80%) Together with a dynamic team, you will accompany people who want to make developmental steps in the personal, social, and life-practical areas. As a contact person, you will take responsibility for the care and support process. You will conduct individual, group, and family conversations and work closely with external specialist offices. Through regular team- and resident-related supervision, you will review and reflect on your professional actions. For the dynamic work environment, we require a partnership-based and open collaboration with all parties involved as a fundamental basis for our work. We are looking for a humorous, team-capable, and resilient personality who brings professional experience in the field of psychiatry or social work. You have very good German language skills and good PC skills. A prerequisite for this position is the willingness to perform regular evening shifts and one weekend shift per month (each from 13:00-20:00 without night shifts). So that you can plan your free time well, we rely on regular service structures and annual work plans.
