For our customer in Andelfingen, we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager (m/w/d) 80-100% Your tasks • Overall management of the Supply Chain Management department (planning, logistics, purchasing, export, demand management, master data) with around 20 employees • Development and implementation of a modern logistics and distribution strategy • Responsibility for production and capacity planning along the entire supply chain • Ensuring high delivery readiness with optimal inventory levels • Control of quality-critical material flows and continuous process optimization • Business partner for management at plant and corporate level • Compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. traceability, documentation) • Promotion of Operational Excellence and management of SCM-relevant projects Your profile • Studies in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or comparable • Several years of experience in SCM of a manufacturing company, ideally international • In-depth knowledge of production planning, materials management and logistics • Experience in strategic process control and optimization • Secure handling of SAP and very good IT skills • Analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working • Leadership skills with a modern, appreciative approach • Communication strength, assertiveness and sovereign appearance • Negotiation-secure German and English skills What the customer offers • Flexible working hours and home office options • 5 weeks of vacation • Further education and development opportunities (internal and external programs) • Modern working environment and international cooperation • Occupational pension scheme and comprehensive social benefits Interested in this opportunity?
