Spatial Planner 100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Examine and analyze studies, projects, and files related to spatial planning
• Lead and coordinate basic studies as well as mandates entrusted to external partners
• Ensure project management and coordination with various stakeholders, notably urban planners and the authorities concerned
• Manage projects having a significant influence on the organization and development of the territory
• Participate in quality, controlling, and territorial observation processes in order to evaluate the spatial impacts of projects
• Draft the reports, assessments, decisions, and correspondence necessary for the processing of files
• Ensure the compliance of projects with legal requirements and the strategic orientations of the territory

Profile

• University degree in geography, engineering, architecture, or equivalent training
• Proven experience in the field of spatial planning as well as within a Swiss public administration
• Strong skills in analysis, design, and management
• Proficiency in French and good knowledge of German
• Ability to collaborate in an interdisciplinary manner and to work autonomously
• In-depth technical knowledge in the field of spatial planning
• Excellent mastery of federal and cantonal legal bases regarding spatial planning and environmental protection
