Job Coach for labor market integration

The employer is looking for:

Job Coach for the In-Lav Service (Integration and work) (reported profession)

Tasks:

• assessment of professional and personal skills and orientation of the person in training and professional integration paths according to the AIS guidelines (Swiss Integration Agenda)
• organization and activation of measures relevant to the user's educational and professional integration (language courses, courses for the acquisition of professional skills, placements in company internships, etc.) according to what is provided by the cantonal strategy
• promotion of the user's contact with the world of work, through specific measures and constant contact with the cantonal labor market
• collaboration with services and entities responsible for training and professional integration
• collaboration with the Social Support Services of SOS Ticino and with the interlocutors of the cantonal social network
• interventions aimed at reducing or eliminating the user's social and professional difficulties

Requirements:

• UAS training in the social field (preferred title) or academic in related fields; titles obtained abroad must be accompanied by the level attestation from SEFRI)
• additional diplomas in the field of individual support (e.g., job coach, counselor) or in the migration sector will constitute a preferred title
• solid and proven experience in the field of social support and in the handling of administrative procedures in favor of assisted persons (minimum 12 months); previous experience in the migration field constitutes a preferred title
• excellent knowledge of the cantonal and municipal social network, public and private services, and the territory
• good knowledge of the labor market and aptitude for relationships with companies
• social sensitivity, predisposition to interpersonal and intercultural relationships
• ability to work independently and in a group
• resistance to stress situations and heavy workloads, determination and tenacity
• precision, speed, and accuracy in the performance of tasks
• good knowledge of at least one second national language and of the main IT tools
