Metrology Technician / 3D Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f/d) 100%

For our client – an innovative and renowned industrial company in Aargau – we are looking for an engaged and precise Metrology Technician for quality assurance, starting immediately or by arrangement. Your main tasks • 3D Metrology: Independent programming, setup, and operation of tactile 3D coordinate measuring machines (preferably Zeiss). • Component Testing: Performing first article inspections, series measurements, and final inspections on demanding CNC milled and turned parts. • Complaint Management: Creating and processing standard-compliant 8D reports within the framework of root cause analysis and CIP processes. • Process Optimization: Monitoring measuring equipment, documenting measurement results, and working closely with production and work preparation (AVOR). What you bring with you • Basic Training: Completed technical vocational training in the mechanics field (e.g., polymechanic, production mechanic, micromecanic) with targeted further training in quality and metrology technology. • Professional Experience: At least 3 years of practical experience in 3D metrology (tactile) as well as in the testing of machined parts. • Software Knowledge: Profound experience in programming Zeiss measuring machines (e.g., with Zeiss CALYPSO) is of great advantage. • Personality: Exact, analytical, and quality-conscious way of working with high personal responsibility. Proficient German language skills in speaking and writing.
