MPA Internal Medicine 50%

Would you like to take on responsibility at Kantonsspital Baden in a large clinic for General Internal Medicine and actively expand your role step by step? As an MPA, you will be part of the interprofessional team and work closely with assistant doctors and senior physicians - on internal medicine inpatient wards with a broad, exciting spectrum of diseases. The position offers you clearly defined development potential: your tasks will be gradually expanded to include clinical activities and more responsibility.

Tasks ##

• As part of the medical team, you will work with assistant doctors and experienced senior physicians on the internal medicine inpatient wards and undertake physician-delegated activities.
• You are the central interface between the medical team, nursing, social services, relatives and external agencies and ensure an efficient flow of information.
• You organize and coordinate the inpatient stay from admission to discharge in cooperation with other involved professional groups.
• You participate in reports, assist with examinations and punctures.

Profile ##

• You have training as a Medizinische/r Praxisassistent/in EFZ.
• You bring experience in a hospital or a medical practice.
• You are familiar with medical terminology and are confident in using digital tools and clinical information systems.
• You think in networks, act in a solution-oriented manner and maintain an overview even in hectic situations.
• You actively contribute to interprofessional teamwork.
• You enjoy developing your role and taking on more responsibility step by step.
